Following the Summer 2020 MABL All-Star game on December 20, the end-of-season awards were announced as follows:
MVP: Tim Page (Upcountry Dirtbags)
Cy Young: Jerry Ayala (La Perouse Pirates)
Rookie of the Year: Jerry Ayala (La Perouse Pirates)
Manager of the Year: Rich Doster (Upcountry Dirtbags)
Batting Champion: Justin Cayaban (Makena Royals)
Gold Glove: Tommy Hauptman (Upcountry Dirtbags)
Most Improved: Justin Cayaban (Makena Royals)
Kenneth Talbot Award: Timothy Lyons (Makena Royals)
Tim Page of the Dirtbags was named league MVP for the second time in his MABL career, 8 years after winning the award following the Summer 2012 season. Page hit an astonishing .563, narrowly missing the MABL batting title which was won by the Royals’ Justin Cayaban (.581). The Pirates’ Jerry Ayala won the MABL Cy Young award, capturing the title from teammate Joseph McFarlin who had won the award the previous two seasons.
In addition, Kevin Hazelton of the Hurricanes, Daniel Morris and Jay Rigsby of the Pirates, Bryant Sparkman of the Rays, and the Kimo Kirkman and Steve Mearriam of the Warriors played in their 200th career MABL games during the 2020 seasons.
