Ikaika Neizman became the second consecutive member of the Lahaina Warriors to win the MABL Player of the Month award. The Warriors’ shortstop and RHP received 36% of the 124 votes cast this month, beating out the Upcountry Dirtbags’ Dreyson Cordova (27%) and the West Maui Brewers’ Enmanuel Yajure Pena (21%). In his 16th season with the Warriors, Neizman is 2-2 with a 2.86 ERA and 26 Ks over 34.2 IP. During the past month, he led the league with a 0.00 ERA and 0.77 WHIP over 15.2 innings.
