The Lahaina Warriors’ David Disabella was voted the March 2019 MABL Player of the Month after receiving 46% of the record 162 votes cast online. Fellow MABL rookie Brooks Faria of the Pacific Hurricanes (21%) and Jeremy Loque of the Central Rays (20%) were the next highest vote-getters this month. In his first month in the league, Disabella made an immediate impact, helping the Warriors to a 3-2 record in March. From March 10 through March 31 the right-hander went 1-0 with a 2.16 ERA, a .183 average, and 22 Ks over 16.2 innings.
