The Kihei Centipedes will host the La Perouse Pirates at 10:00am in Makawao this Sunday as the 31st season of Maui Adult Baseball League action gets underway. The Lahaina Warriors and Kaanapali Coast Monarchs will play the afternoon game to follow in a matchup featuring a pair of new Managers in Roy Smith and Justin Murphy.
Due to limited field availability during the first several weeks of the season, teams will play a lighter than usual schedule until March, when games will be played in Maehara Stadium. While the league has dropped from 8 teams to 7, the MABL is welcoming a number of new faces for the Spring 2024 season.
