The 2nd Round of the Summer 2023 Maui Adult Baseball League Playoffs is underway as the Kihei Centipedes and the Upcountry Dirtbags take 1-0 series leads into the Nov 26 conclusion of their match-ups with the West Maui Brewers and La Perouse Pirates, respectively.
The Dirtbags, who advanced to the semi-final round with a 13-3 win over the Makena Royals during the 1st Round of the playoffs on Nov 12, will play the Pirates at Maui High on Sunday, with Game 2 of the series starting at 10am, and Game 3 (if necessary) to follow at 1:15pm. The Brewers, who defeated the Kaanapali Coast Monarchs by a final of 13-10, will wrap up their series with the Centipedes this Sunday with 10am and 1:15pm (if necessary) games being held at Eddie Tam Park.
The teams advancing from this round will face off in the Championship Series Dec 3 and 10 at Eddie Tam Park in Makawao! Be sure to check back for scores, stats, and photos following the games!
