LEAGUE RULES: I acknowledge that I have read all league rules posted at on the MABL website. I recognize, as a Manager in the MABL, I am responsible for maintaining a working understanding of, and abiding by, the current league rules.
League Rules - Accept
CODE OF CONDUCT: I acknowledge that I have read the MABL Code of Conduct and pledge to abide by the Code of Conduct at all MABL functions. As a Manager, I recognize that it is my responsibility to ensure all members of my team are familiar with, and adhere to, the league's Code of Conduct. I acknowledge that I may be held responsible for the actions of any member of my team. I acknowledge that a violation of the MABL Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary measures, as determined by the MABL Board and Commissioner.
Code of Conduct - Accept
PLAYER ELIGIBILITY: I acknowledge that any roster changes must be submitted via email by 5pm on Friday for any games played the following week. As a Manager, I recognize that I am responsible for ensuring the eligibility of each player on my team prior to their appearance in an MABL game. I recognize that using an ineligible player in an MABL game is grounds for forfeit, complete with all penalties associated with a forfeit.

SCHEDULING: I acknowledge that game scheduling and rainout decisions are up to the MABL Commissioner.
Scheduling - Accept
SCOREKEEPING: I acknowledge that I am responsible for maintaining an accurate scorebook for each game, and ensuring that scores and stats are submitted for each of my games in a timely manner. I understand that the MABL is committed to maintaining accurate statistics for its participants, and I recognize that failure to submit accurate scores and stats may prevent members of my team from receiving credit for games played as required for playoff eligibility.
Scorekeeping - Accept
FIELD CARE: I acknowledge a full understanding of MABL Field Care Responsibilities and pledge to ensure those responsibilities are met during and after each MABL game. I understand that a failure to uphold these responsibilities may result my team’s loss of access to facilities.
Field Care - Accept
TROPHY: I acknowledge that I assume full financial responsibility for any damages that occur to the MABL Championship Trophy while in my team's possession by virtue of winning the league Championship.
Trophy - Accept
ALL-STAR GAME: I acknowledge my responsibility to manage a team during the All-Star game if my team advances to the Championship Series in any given season.
All-Star Game - Accept
UNIFORMS: I acknowledge that I will make a reasonable effort to ensure my team plays games in full, matching uniform. Full uniform includes team jersey, pants, and baseball cap.
Uniforms - Accept
FORFEITS: I acknowledge that I am responsible for paying umpires on the scheduled date of the game for any game that my team forfeits, regardless of whether my team is scheduled as the home or away team.
Forfeits - Accept
FUNDRAISING: I acknowledge that my team's opportunity to benefit from potential league fundraisers is dependent on my team's involvement in these events.

I have read and accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement and do hereby agree to follow all rules and regulations set forth by the Commissioner and the Board of the Maui Adult Baseball League.
