The Spring 2022 MABL HR Derby featured the most long balls hit in any such event to date, with 7 of 12 contestants going deep a total of 56 times over two 4 minute rounds. The Royals’ Isaiah Maddela rallied late with 6 home runs in the final 60 seconds of the event to win his third consecutive MABL HR Derby, launching a total of 21 home runs over two rounds. Maddela retained control of the MABL HR Derby Champion Belt and will receive a custom bat for his performance. Full derby results are listed below.
