Dan Katayama of the West Maui Brewers was named the Player of the Month for the first month of the Spring 2023 season. Katayama earned 60% of the 253 votes submitted after batting .444 (4 for 9) with 3 doubles and 6 runs scored over four games in January and February, good for a whopping 354 OPS+ over that span.
